When will the shares after the previous issue be allocated?

Briefly about the issue

• 540 investors participated.
• A total of 36.3 MNOK was raised, including debt conversion.

Why has it taken time?

There have been some natural delays:

• Payment from all participants had to be confirmed.
• Some new owners lacked a valid VPS account and had to create one.
• All necessary documentation had to be completed before the next step.

What has been done – and what remains?

1. The order round on your own website ✅
2. Private placement to those who had ordered shares ✅
3. Payments received from everyone who had ordered shares ✅
4. Documentation and signing of powers of attorney etc. ✅
5. The general meeting has approved the capital increase. ✅
6. The auditor has received all documentation and the review is almost complete. We expect the auditor's confirmation within a few days. ✅
7. Registration in the Brønnøysund Registers is submitted together with the auditor's confirmation. The expected processing time is up to 14 days .
8. Allocation in VPS : Once registration is complete, the shares are allocated to the investors' VPS accounts.
9. Update in Caplist : Our internal share book and communication channel is updated with new share holdings.

When will the shares become visible to you?

Once the Brønnøysund Registers has registered the capital increase, the shares will be allocated to your VPS account. The updated shareholding is then sent to Caplist , which acts as our internal share register and communication channel towards owners.
