Dogs need to be walked at least twice a day. They love to be outside, sniffing, running, and being with their owner.
But sometimes you need to quickly stop by a store on your way home from a trip. That can be difficult. Dogs are not allowed inside many stores. At the same time, it is also not allowed to leave your dog tied up outside alone.
This often means you have to skip the store and go home first. This is a small but common challenge for many dog owners.

How does the air conditioning work?
Lildog Hotel has specially developed air conditioning for dogs. On hot summer days (+21 degrees), the air conditioning system starts automatically when you check your dog into the hotel. The system gradually lowers the temperature over 3-10 minutes, so that the dog does not catch a cold. The temperature stabilizes at +20-22 degrees no matter how hot it is outside the store. The fan ensures that the air is replaced every minute. This creates a cooling and fresh climate in the hotel so that the dog will feel good without risking a cold. On cold days, there is heat in half the floor so that the dog can choose whether it wants to lie on the warm or cold part. This is specially adapted for the dog, and the temperature gradually increases when the dog lies down on the floor, and will be approximately the same as the dog's body temperature. It is experienced as very comfortable for the dog, even though the air temperature is cool.
Getting used to it for the first time
Take some time to get used to it and make sure that it is a positive experience for your dog to be in the Lildog Hotel. Most dogs thrive in the Lildog Hotel and will go straight in, but dogs are different and some dogs may need some getting used to. Bring some treats and preferably a blanket that the dog likes the first few times. Don't let the dog stay too long at first, start with 5-15 minutes. We also recommend that the dog is in the Lildog Hotel for a maximum of 1 hour, but this is of course up to the dog and how it reacts to the stay. As in all cases, it is important to use common sense and think about the dog's well-being.

Lildog hotel is easiest to operate with the Lildog hotel App. You can download the app in Google Play or AppStore. In the app you can easily see available Lildog hotels on a map, as well as open and lock the door to the hotel where you want your dog to stay.
