When you purchase a product

Several laws regulate and protect your rights when shopping online, including the Contract Act, the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the Marketing Control Act, and the E-commerce Act. These rights are mandatory and apply regardless of these terms.

When purchasing from our website, you can pay by debit card or Vipps (the latter available in Norway only). Immediately after completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided. Delivery time is 3–5 days.

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase without providing a reason. This must be done within 14 days of receiving the product, and the product must be in the same condition as when it was received. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the amount paid will be refunded to the account from which the payment was originally made. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
