The legal basis for processing personal data relating to you and the animal using the device is to optimize the service connected to the device, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(b).

Information provided when purchasing or registering a product

When you purchase or register a product, we only collect information necessary to identify you as a user, provide updates, notifications, and invoices. This includes:

Phone number of the person registering the product
IMEI number of the device being registered or activated
Postal address of the device owner
Email address of the device owner

Information provided when using the device

When using Lildog products or services, we collect information about the animal wearing the device and the person responsible for its use. Before using the service, the following information is required:

Your email address
Password (chosen by you)
Animal’s name
Animal’s breed
Animal’s gender

To make the service more user-friendly, we may also collect the following optional information:

Your profile photo
The animal’s profile photo
The animal’s age
The animal’s date of birth
General details about the animal

This information is voluntary and not required to use the service. You may choose whether to provide it. Access to this information requires your consent.
