How long is the delivery time? +
Orders are dispatched daily from Lildog's own AutoStore warehouse, with a normal delivery time of 2–3 days. Shipping is free.
You will receive an order confirmation by email when your order has been registered.

You have a 14-day return period for your order.

How do I return an item?
How to create a return +
- Returns are free of charge.
- Contact customer service to create the return.
- Include your order number in the request.
- You will receive a return label by email to use when sending the item back.
The item must be unused and returned in the same condition as when you received it, preferably together with the original packaging and accessories.
Once the return has been received, it will be processed as quickly as possible. If the item is damaged or parts are missing, this may affect the amount refunded.
